New Director’s Appointment

Thank you for choosing LPA Accountancy Ltd to assist with the appointment of a new director for your limited company. We are committed to providing high-quality service to facilitate a smooth appointment process. Please review this letter of engagement, which outlines the terms and conditions of our service.
Scope of Services: Our services include facilitating the appointment of a new director by gathering and verifying the required details and submitting the information to Companies House on your behalf. We will ensure that all necessary details are accurately recorded and filed as part of the legal process for appointing a new director.
Authorisation:By submitting this form, you authorize LPA Accountancy to act on your behalf for the specific purpose of appointing the new director listed in the form. You also confirm that the new director has given consent to act in this role and agrees to fulfill the responsibilities associated with this appointment.
Fees: Our fees for the director appointment service are based on a pre-agreed rate, which will be communicated to you before service commencement. Payment will be due upon completion of the appointment filing process. Should any additional services be required beyond the scope of the director appointment, these will be billed separately with prior notice.
Client Responsibilities:
As our client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete information on the new director.
- Ensuring that the new director is aware of and agrees to act in this capacity.
- Ensuring that all information provided complies with Companies House requirements.
The new director must also confirm that they:
- Have provided accurate personal information and any required documentation.
- Are aware of their duties and responsibilities as a director.
- Consent to the sharing of their personal information as required for official filings.
Confidentiality: We prioritize the confidentiality of all client and director information provided to us. All information collected will be used solely to facilitate the director appointment and will be shared only with relevant authorities, such as Companies House, in compliance with data protection laws.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. If terminated, all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination will be invoiced and must be paid in full. Upon termination, no further action will be taken on the director appointment.
Disclaimer and Limitations: LPA Accountancy is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client or the new director. We reserve the right to refuse services if any information is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from factors outside our control, including processing times at Companies House.
DATA Protection: LPA Accountancy will handle all data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By submitting this form, you agree to our use of the information provided for the purpose of this engagement and related compliance requirements.
