Appointment of Representative (T&C)
Dear Customer,
By submitting the form, you agree to our terms and conditions:
1. Appointment of Representative: By appointing a representative, you acknowledge and agree that they have the authority to act on your behalf and to communicate with LPA Accountancy regarding your accounting matters. You also understand that any information provided or actions taken by the appointed representative will be treated as if coming directly from you.
2. Scope of Representation: The appointed representative is authorized to engage with LPA Accountancy solely for the specific purposes outlined in the appointment request. They may provide instructions, receive updates, and exchange information related to your accounting affairs within the scope of their authorization.
3. Revocation of Appointment: You retain the right to revoke the appointment of the representative at any time. To do so, please notify LPA Accountancy in writing of your decision. Revocation will take effect upon our confirmation of receipt of your request.
4. Responsibilities of the Appointed Representative: The appointed representative agrees to:
- Act in good faith and in your best interests at all times.
- Provide accurate and complete information to LPA Accountancy.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the representation.
- Keep you informed of any significant updates or developments.
5. Limitations of the Appointed Representative: The appointed representative is not authorized to:
- Make financial decisions on your behalf without explicit written consent.
- Bind LPA Accountancy to any agreements, contracts, or obligations without proper authorization from us.
- Represent you in legal matters or proceedings unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
6. Communication and Notices: All communication, notices, and instructions from the appointed representative will be considered valid and binding, provided they are consistent with the terms of the appointment and received by LPA Accountancy through official channels.
7. Termination of Representation: LPA Accountancy reserves the right to terminate the representation of the appointed representative if we have reasonable grounds to believe that their actions are inconsistent with your interests or our professional standards.
8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold LPA Accountancy harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the actions or omissions of the appointed representative.
