7. Communication: The Client agrees to promptly respond to any communication or information requests from LPA Accountancy during the registration process.

9. Cancellation: The Client may request cancellation of the PAYE registration service at any time. However, any fees paid may be subject to refund policies as outlined in a separate agreement.
10. Amendments: LPA Accountancy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes.

Note: Important PAYE Registration Information:

You must register before the first payday. It can take up to 15 working days to get your employer’s PAYE reference number. You cannot register more than 2 months before you start paying people.

You do not need to register for PAYE if none of your employees are paid £123 or more a week, get expenses and benefits, have another job, or get a pension. However, you must keep payroll records.

Cancellation Policy

1. If you miss the appointment or cancel at least 72 working hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be issued for the deposit of £100.

Terms and Conditions

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing LPA Accountancy Ltd to provide accounting and tax services for your business. We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet your specific needs and requirements. To ensure fairness and maintain our commitment to clients, we have implemented the following policy for booking appointments:

Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to confirmation by LPA Accountancy.
• We will send you a confirmation email once your booking is accepted and scheduled.
• The booking is considered finalized only upon receipt of the confirmation email.

Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and offer an alternative appointment.

Payment:

• Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
• We accept payment via cash, check, or bank transfer. Details will be provided in the confirmation email.
• In case of outstanding payments, we reserve the right to withhold the provision of further services until payment is received.

Confidentiality:

• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and records.
• Any sensitive information shared during the appointment will be treated with the utmost discretion and stored securely.

Liability:

• While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
• LPA Accountancy shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of our services or any advice provided.

Privacy Policy:

• Your privacy is important to us. We will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing LPA Accountancy Ltd to provide accounting and tax services for your business. We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet your specific needs and requirements. To ensure fairness and maintain our commitment to clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for rebooked appointments:

Agreement:

1. By submitting the rebooking appointment form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. This rebooking form is exclusively for clients who have previously cancelled or failed to show up for their appointments.
3. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your appointment.
4. The deposit must be paid directly to LPA Accountancy Account using the provided bank account details in the form within 3 hours of submitting this form.
5. Failure to make the deposit within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
6. The deposit is non-refundable if you miss the appointment or cancel less than 72 working hours before the scheduled time.
7. If you choose our services, we will allocate half of the £100 deposit towards your annual fee as a gesture of goodwill.
8. The remaining balance of the annual fee will be invoiced separately and is subject to our standard payment terms.
9. LPA Accountancy Account reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
10. It is your responsibility to ensure your availability at the specified date and time of the appointment.
11. Any changes or rescheduling of the appointment must be communicated to LPA Accountancy Account at least 72 working hours before the scheduled time.
12. LPA Accountancy Account reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.

Cancellation Policy

1. If you miss the appointment or cancel at least 72 working hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be issued for the deposit of £100.
2. Cancellations made at least 72 working hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
3. To cancel your appointment, please contact LPA Accountancy Account directly using the provided contact details.

We will also be available to provide ongoing support and advice regarding your tax affairs throughout the year. We will agree in advance on the services specific to your business needs.

Authorisation: To act as your agent with HMRC, we require your authorisation to access and manage your tax records. This authorisation will allow us to perform the necessary tasks on your behalf, including submitting tax returns, claiming tax refunds, and dealing with HMRC enquiries and investigations.

Fees: Our fees for services will be based on the scope of work agreed upon in advance, and will be invoiced at regular intervals throughout the year. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of all fees and charges and will discuss any changes to our fees or services with you in advance.

Client Responsibilities: As our client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your tax affairs, and for ensuring that all tax returns and payments are made in a timely manner. You are also responsible for notifying us of any changes to your tax affairs or business circumstances that may impact our services.

Confidentiality: We understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality when dealing with our client’s financial information. All information provided to us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be shared with relevant parties as required by law.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. If terminated, all outstanding fees and charges will be invoiced and must be paid in full.

12. LPA Accountancy Ltd acts as my agent and deals with the relevant authorities on my behalf. I understand that this does not absolve me of my legal obligations, and I will be held liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided.
13. By submitting this form, you authorise LPA Accountancy Ltd to file your tax return (s) and/or accounts on your behalf to HMRC and/or Companies House.

4. I give LPA Accountancy Ltd permission to send the self-assessment or tax returns to HMRC on my behalf.
5. I will maintain a record of my data safely for at least 5 years after the submission deadline of the relevant tax year.
6. I will make any tax payments due to the relevant authorities directly.
7. I will pay LPA Accountancy Ltd for their services upon receiving the invoice.
8. I have reported all grants (Self Assessment COVID-19 Grants, Self-Employment Income Support Scheme, any other grants, etc.) on my self-assessment or tax returns for the relevant tax period.
9. I have reported all my earnings from employment and self-employment for the relevant tax period.

• LPA Accountancy Ltd will act on your behalf to close your self-employed business and submit the final tax return to HMRC.
• LPA Accountancy Ltd will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the information you have provided on this form.
• You understand that you may still be liable for any outstanding tax returns or payments due for your self-employed business and LPA Accountancy Ltd is not responsible for these.
• You give LPA Accountancy Ltd permission to use the information you have provided on this form for the purpose of closing your self-employed business and submitting the final tax return to HMRC.
